I've just been asked to make it explicit to all staff that they are under no obligation to stand for the duration of stand-up meetings, unless they choose to do so. Apparently not a joke. So I'm off to my regular-meeting-deliberately-short-in-lenght-in-which-participants-can-adopt-any-position-they-like-in-a-supporting-caring-atmosphere. Actually - I'm more evil than that.
